I’ll prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the best listing price for your home, balancing current market conditions and your personal objectives.

Listing Paperwork
Once we have arrive at a price and a listing timeline, it will be time to review the listing paperwork. I will send it to you for review and for signature.
Preparing Your Home for the Market
Together, we’ll get your home market-ready. This step may include:

Recommendations for small repairs or updates to maximize value.

Professional photography to showcase your home beautifully online.
Listing Your Home
Once everything is ready, your home will officially go on the market. This includes:

Publishing your listing on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Advertising your home on top real estate websites and social media.

Targeted outreach to potential buyers and agents in my network.
Hosting Showings
I’ll coordinate showings to give buyers the opportunity to experience your home. You’ll receive regular updates on how things are going.
Receiving and Reviewing Offers
When offers come in, I’ll review them with you, and provide you with offer overviews. From there we will negotiate until we come to terms and officially open escrow, and move to pending Status.
