You may already be using some of the great apps out there like zillow, redfin or trulia to start your home search or see what your home might be worth.  Honestly those apps seem to be more robust in search features then the tools available to us to send our clients for their search!   Just keep in mind when using those sites, their goal is to direct you to an agent that are paying for their leads, and they are not always even a local knowledable agent.  So we recommend if you use those sites, instead of requesing more info through the search, just text your local agent (contact me here) the address and let us start doing the legwork for you.
